My first contact with the ECOsmarte products and technologies has been on the Cairns Tradeshow when I walked into the ECOsmarte-booth. What initially attracted me was the combination of technologies, the copper ionization, and platinum oxidation. In my youth, in Germany, the old people used to wear copper bands around their arms for protection against illnesses and I had heard about research being done in Germany about the beneficial effects of the same principles.
So I acquired a Turbo pool system for my swimming pool. Until now I used to have a saltwater pool but really did not like the effect of the chlorine in the water.
I’ve put in the system myself, a breeze to install and switched it on. One of the problems I had with my old setup was some green algae on the waterfall above the pool. To test the effectiveness of this system I plugged the overflow of my pool, filled the pool to the maximum water level, and waited for the algae to become visible. I then turned the system to ionization for 4 hours and watched the algae disappear at almost the same time. The next day there was no trace of any algae whatsoever which to me proved beyond any doubt that the system actually works. Since then I have crystal clear water in my pool, very nice to swim in.

We have had the ECOsmarte pool system for more than 25 years now. We had a chlorine pool, and we have never looked back. Spending time at the pool store only to find out... their solution - “add more Chlorine” is not my idea of a fun afternoon. The ECOsmarte system has worked excellently, and the customer support through all these years is still top-notch. I have a sand filter with the recommended glass pack. I run the pump at least 10 hours a day. I maintain my pH at 6.8 and copper level to .5 -.7 ppm through the basic 3-month swimming season in MN. The cost to keep my pool clear is really just muriatic acid—4-6 gallons, used to keep pH low. I replace the copper electrodes about every three or four years. Once you get used to the system, it’s pretty easy to manage. I have experimented over the years, and usually, that did not work in my favor. I recommend you just maintain your pool as recommended by ECOsmarte. I do for sure now. I closed my pool mid-Sept 2020, then opened June 9th, 2021. We were swimming by June 12th! That’s definitely a record for me... good when family motivates you. I wholeheartedly recommend the ECOsmarte pool system. It works well, is healthy, and is inexpensive to maintain. My pool liner is about 20 years old. I also have the whole house system. I will write another review about this system under the appropriate heading. Enjoy your pool season. Thank you, ECOsmarte.

Hello! We have had an ECOsmarte system installed in our in-ground pool for several years now and are extremely satisfied with the results. We are currently in the process of selling our home and are using the system as a prime selling feature. It is incredible the response we have received from prospective buyers looking for alternatives to the same old chemical-filled pool. Some are believers, while others are more skeptical. In any case, it's hard to argue that a crystal clear pool is 'dirty". Throw in the minimal yearly investment in required chemicals and those skeptics start to listen. Soon they begin asking why everyone doesn't go this route. We have loved the system and anyone who has ever swum in our pool knows how great it is to not being covered in toxic chemicals. Many of our friends’ children have had their first swim in our pool because of the nice chemical-free water. Anyway, my wife and I are "sold" on the benefits of the system and have experienced its premier performance for several years. In fact, after our son was born last October, there wasn't any hesitation in having him join us in the pool on every occasion possible. We are very much interested in spreading the benefits of the ECOsmarte system and would like to know more about becoming a dealer of your products. Please send us some more information ASAP. I don't just enjoy my ECOsmarte water; I love it. I can't believe how much better everything at our home is. I was spending $60.00 a month on Downy alone, just to try and hide the sulfur smell. Starting August 9th, we had to really watch how much laundry soap to use because on August 10th (my 44th birthday) my daughter, Adrian, and I had an "I Love Lucy" moment with the washing machine. I put the usual amount of liquid laundry soap in the washer and we found the lid up on the washer from the soap suds pushing it up. There were bubbles all over the utility room. It was a joy to clean that up; no more hard water, no more sulfur smells and no more lime deposits, and I use our Whirlpool tub almost every day now. Needless to say; we don't use very much soap anymore on anything. I wouldn't take $10,000 for our ECOsmarte water system.
P.S. I don't know what I would do without Andy and Lorna Williams from Pure Water Exchange. And has been away from his business a lot because I am such a hard sell, and I had so many questions. Lorna has been patient and stayed at the office working while Andy was at our house setting backwash times and explaining things to me. He researched for many hours for several weeks to find the right water system for us. I trusted Andy because Pure Water is so important to him, and he knows water. Once he found the right system for us, he talked me through it, he was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He had to go over most things several times with me but now I understand more about pure water and ECOsmarte water systems than I ever thought I would.

I am amazed at the sudden change in our water quality within the first day or two. The water tastes so much better and is odor-free. A major improvement in the ice cubes too. Bathroom, windows, dishes sparkle with much less effort while using a smaller amount of cleaning products.
We even noticed that our small humidifier works much better, (less white dust) even without a filter.
I wish we had invested in the ECOsmarte Point of Entry water treatment system sooner.
We would highly recommend ECOsmarte P.O.E. to anyone with a water problem.

This is my THIRD ECOsmarte system, so it should be obvious that I am pleased with what it does. The first was at my Dad's house, the second at my current home and the third is at a new home just being finished.
We have a municipal water system that includes lots of calcium and iron at no extra charge. The ECOsmarte system greatly improves the taste and when combined with a water softener, provides really good water that leaves dishes and glassware sparkling. In addition, our sinks, showers, and tubs stay clean for quite a long time. Keep up the good work.
